Tool design and manufacturing services by Arcade provides engineering expertise and technical support to create a working partnership for manufacturing the parts you need quickly and cost effectively. Prototypes are turned around quickly making the production process move smoothly and efficiently. We also provide tool history documentation and maintenance of dies and tooling fixtures.
We use progressive and compound dies and fabricate checking fixtures, welding fixtures, inspection gauges/fixtures, assembly fixtures, and machining fixtures. Our facility utilizes wire EDM and computer driven machining to turn tool steel into industrial components. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility can accommodate material up to 72″ long and 42″ wide with close or precision tolerances. We also offer additional services including machining, welding, finishing, and assembly.
